If you are not satisfied with our final response, you may choose to escalate the matter to the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) or the Rental Disputes Center (RDC) in Dubai. These entities handle complaints regarding real estate transactions, agent conduct, and tenancy disputes.
